The Promise, in One Paragraph
Every job Brennan Roofing performs is backed by the 365-Day Done Right Promise. If workmanship or materials we installed fail within 365 days of your service date, we come back and make it right at no charge. No form to fill out. No fee. No asterisks. You call, we schedule, we fix it. The price was written down before we started, and the guarantee is written down after. That’s The Garrison Standard, and it applies to every job we do.
What’s Covered
- Our workmanship, in full. Any installation or repair task that Brennan Roofing performed is covered for 365 days from the date we completed it.
- Materials we sourced and installed. If a product we supplied and put on your roof fails within the 365-day window, that’s on us, and we’ll address it.
- A free return visit. Getting us back to your property costs you nothing if the issue falls within the promise period.
- A full redo when a repair doesn’t hold. If a repair we made fails and the same problem comes back, we don’t patch the patch and leave – we sort it out properly.
- Site cleanup on the return visit. We leave the property clean and squared away, same as we did on the original job.
- Your job record, kept by us. We have the details on file. You don’t need to dig up an invoice or remember an order number to use this promise.
What Isn’t Covered
We want to be straight with you about what falls outside the promise. None of these exclusions are buried – they’re here because a fair guarantee has an honest scope.
- Storm damage or accidents after our visit. If a tree falls on the section we repaired, or a severe weather event causes new damage, that’s a separate situation. We’ll still come look and give you a written price on what it takes to fix it.
- Work done by another contractor. If someone else touched the roof after we finished, we can’t stand behind their work. We can inspect and let you know what we’re looking at.
- Parts or materials the customer supplied. If you sourced the shingles and we installed them, the material itself isn’t covered under our promise – only our labor on it.
- Normal aging on areas we didn’t work on. Roofs wear over time. The promise applies to what we did, not to the rest of the roof’s lifespan.
- Problems you chose not to have addressed when we flagged them. If we noted an issue during the job and you decided to hold off, that item sits outside this promise. We’ll document what we flagged, and you can decide to schedule it later.
- Damage caused by deferred maintenance unrelated to our work. If a gutter system or flashing we didn’t touch causes a problem that spreads, we’ll inspect it honestly and quote any repair in writing – but it’s not covered under this promise.
How to Use the Promise
Step 1: Call (361) 320-9467 or book online
A live person answers every call, around the clock. Tell them you have a concern under the 365-Day Done Right Promise. There’s no automated system, no voicemail queue, and no hold music while a bot figures out why you called.
Step 2: Tell us what’s happening and roughly when we were there
Give us a general description of the issue and an approximate service date. We pull your job record from our end – you don’t need a receipt, a confirmation number, or a photo of the invoice.
Step 3: We schedule the return visit
We’ll get you on the calendar and give you a window. We show up inside that window – that’s part of The Garrison Code, not a courtesy. Background-checked, uniformed technicians, same as the first visit.
Step 4: We make it right
If the issue falls within what this promise covers, we fix it at no charge and leave the site clean. If we find something that sits outside the promise, we’ll tell you plainly what it is and put a price in writing before any work starts.
Timing
The 365-day window starts on the date your job was completed – that date is in your job record and in the written price confirmation you received. If something comes up on day 366 or 370, call us anyway. We’re not going to turn away a customer over a few days, and we’ll look at the situation on its own terms. Each Brennan Roofing location is independently owned and operated, but every location runs to The Garrison Standard – which means every location honors this promise, the same way, without exception.
