Available Franchise Territories
Brennan Roofing is opening protected territories in twelve states, and we’re looking for operators who want to build a roofing business on a foundation of written prices and a one-year guarantee. A protected territory means we won’t sell another Brennan Roofing location inside your market. You get the name, the systems, The Garrison Standard, and a clear boundary. The first operator in a market sets the tone. Homeowners in these metros are tired of no-shows and door prices that move. If you claim a territory now, you’re the one who answers that frustration with a brand built to fix it.
Open Markets
These states currently have open territory available for independent owners who want to operate under the Brennan Roofing name and The Garrison Standard.
- Texas – hail and wind keep demand steady, and homeowners in DFW, Houston, and San Antonio reward roofers who show up when they say they will.
- Florida – hurricane season makes roof condition a year-round conversation, and written pricing matters when insurance claims are on the table.
- California – older housing stock and wildfire-adjacent code updates mean roof inspections lead to real replacement work in LA, San Diego, and the Inland Empire.
- Georgia – Atlanta’s sprawl and humidity-driven granular loss keep repair and replacement pipelines full in the suburbs.
- North Carolina – coastal wind zones in Wilmington and the Research Triangle’s growth put a premium on roofs done by the book.
- Arizona – monsoon season tears up flat and tile roofs in Phoenix and Tucson, and tile work pays when it’s quoted honestly.
- Tennessee – Nashville and Knoxville have aging roofs from the 90s building boom that are hitting replacement age right now.
- Ohio – freeze-thaw cycles in Cleveland and Columbus create ice dam and flashing failures that homeowners can’t ignore.
- Pennsylvania – slate and metal roofs are common, and the owners who know how to price them in writing win the suburbs.
- Colorado – Denver and Colorado Springs get hail every summer, and roofers who stand behind their work build lasting books of business.
- Washington – moss and moisture damage keep inspections turning into repairs across Seattle and Tacoma.
- Virginia – Richmond and Northern Virginia have mixed roofing stock and homeowners who respond to the Done Right Promise.
How Territories Work
A Brennan Roofing territory is a defined geographic market where you hold the exclusive right to operate under the brand. We don’t overlap operators. If you own the market, you own the phone calls, the leads, and the reputation that comes from doing the work right. The boundary is set before you sign, based on population and demand in your area, so you’re not competing with another Brennan Roofing location down the street.
Reserving a territory starts with a call to our franchise line. We walk through the markets that are still open, answer questions about the model, and send the details for review. Nothing moves forward until you understand what you’re buying and what The Garrison Standard requires. That standard is simple to say and harder to keep, which is why it works. We arrive inside the window we gave. The price goes in writing before any work starts. The job gets done by the book, the site gets left clean, and the work is guaranteed in writing for a full year. If a repair or installation fails inside that year, we come back and make it right at no charge. That’s the promise every Brennan Roofing location makes. It’s what homeowners are responding to, and it’s what you’d be signing up to deliver.
Each location is independently owned and operated. Garrison Partners does not pretend to be from every town. You’re the local business. You agree to work to The Garrison Standard, and you get a brand that means something when you knock on a door or answer the phone. Brennan is an old Irish surname. It’s easy to say on the phone, and it sounds like a company that has been on the roof for years. That matters when a homeowner is deciding who to let up the ladder.
We don’t run countdowns or pressure tactics. A territory is open until it isn’t, and the only way to know if your market is still available is to ask. Some operators take weeks to decide. Some call once and know right away. Both are fine. The point is to get the right people into the right markets, not to rush a signature.
